L sided heart failure;

Obstructive Sleep apnea;
PE;

Chronic hypoxemia from ANY cause leads to PH;

TreatmentOptions

Oxygen – slow progression, mostly COPD;

Cure: lung transplantation;

PharmOptions

Treat underline cause!
For idiopathic:
Sildenafil;
Anticoagulant;
Diuretics;
