Ach receptors Abs (80-90% sensitivity); Most accurate test: electromyography (EMG)– show decreased strength with repetitive stimulation; Chest xRay, CT, MRI (thymoma or thymic hyperplasia);

Associated with: Thymoma; Thymus neoplasm; Thyrotoxicosis; Young age, female;
