Most accurate: G6PD level (low)
But after hemolysis is normal, wait for few weeks

X-linked recessive (mostly male);

Afro-Americans;
Mediterranean males;

Main causes:
Isoniazid;
Sulfa drugs;
Nitrofurantoin;
Fava beans;
