Candida; UA -> UTI; Chest xRay; T: >38.3 or <36 Tachycardia (HR >90) Tachypnea(>20) WBC >12000 Leucopenia <4000 ABCs; Elevated: BUN, creatinine. Bilirubin, lactate; SOFA: altered mental status; RR>22; SBP < 100; Score >= 2 -> significant higher mortality risk; Septic shock -> sepsis + lactate > 2 mmol/l
