Stool cultures and microscopy (to exclude infectious causes); Colonoscope with biopsy; Calprotectin stool test (IBS>50, IBD>150) --> not diagnostic; CD: ANCA: CD negative; ASCA: CD positive; UC: ANCA: CD positive; ASCA: CD negative;
