The manifestations of major hemorrhage; including hemorrhagic shock; 
Dizziness, blurred vision, confusion, syncope;
History of recent trauma;

Ballance's sign: dullness on percussion in the LUQ;
Hemorrhagic shock (often delayed): tachycardia and hypotension;
(+) Kehr's sign;

ClinicalTests

Low Hb, leukocytosis, and thrombocytosis;
Imaging (CT or ultrasonography);
