Moisturizing! 
Topical with high potency steroids (never oral!);
Get off steroids use Vitamin A+D ointment (calcipotriene+A);
Coal tar preparation (messy);
Less shaver! Safe oily cover on your skin;

Severe:
UV light;
Adalimumab – TNF inhibitor, if fail or with joint insolvent --> Methotrexate immunosuppressant (AE: LV, LU fibrosis);
